When you put quality service and customer appreciation above everything else, you have yourself the recipe for a successful business model. Doing what we can because we care has been our philosophy since our founding, and it’s been the key foundation to all of our policies and business practices, and it’s the reason why we’re winning awards left and right.
This year we’ve been presented with a few awards. First, there’s the Lennox Partner of the Year award. Each year, Lennox Industries recognizes an elite group of Lennox heating and air conditioning dealers that not just meet, but exceed the highest standards. The dealers that are fortunate enough to receive this particular honor from Lennox Industries find themselves in an exclusive group with only five Lennox dealers in the nation. These dealers have earned this position through demonstrating outstanding accomplishments in customer service and sales leadership.
Those that find themselves in this elite group can take pride in knowledge that they ensure every customer’s experience is the best that it possibly can be. It is this level of customer service, combined with an equally impressive level of sales that has help make us a first choice when it comes to servicing an existing system or purchasing a new HVAC install.
While we’re deeply honored that we have been selected as one of the elite Lennox dealers, but that’s not the end of the story for this year’s round of awards. This year we were honored with the AC Pro Presidents Circle Award, an award that his handed out to a hand-picked selected 12 heating and cooling companies in California and Nevada.
This award means a lot to us, since it shows that we are seen as one of the best companies around for our heating and air conditioning services, and that we have caught the attention of some of the highest members of the Lennox organization.
And as a final layer of frosting on our cake of awesomeness, we were presented with a third award this year – the Circle of Excellence Award. The Circle of Excellent Award is presented to a select few heating and air conditioning companies throughout the country. A mere 40 dealers across the country meet a level of leadership excellence and customer service that routinely exceeds expectations that Lennox feels is worthy of this award.
We’re deeply honored to have received these four awards this year. It goes to show that we’re on the right track when we put our customers first, and that we need to continue to do so. We go above and beyond what we’re expected to do because we care about our customers, and it’s this approach that has made us the leading name that we are today. It is also this approach that we’re going to continue to focus on, so that us, and our customers, can see continued success as the years go on.

Well, folks, looks like we’ve done it again. For the second year in a row we’ve been awarded the Excellence in Customer Satisfaction award from Talk of the Town!
For those of you who are unfamiliar with Talk of the Town, let me provide a little background information. TalkoftheTownNews.com provides a rather unique service to consumers throughout both the U.S. and Canada by conducting extensive and comprehensive research into the level of customer satisfaction held by companies. They take information from thousands, if not millions, of customer reviews, social networks like Twitter and Facebook, blogs, and surveys to help judge the top customer-rated companies in both countries. It is a truly wonderful service for consumers looking to avoid unpleasant customer service experiences and only deal with the best companies in their area.
We work hard to ensure that every customer, no matter how large or small, receives the highest level of service we have to offer. We know that it’s our customers who are, at the heart of the matter, the reason for our success. It is our customers, both returning and new, that allow us to continue to thrive in these rough economic times. It’s because of this outlook on both life and business that we go the extra mile and go above and beyond what our competitors would offer, all so that we can provide a level of customer service and satisfaction that is extremely difficult to find anywhere else, regardless of the current economic state.
These awards may mean a lot to us, but they are merely a reflection of what truly matters – our customers. We strive to make every last one of them as happy and satisfied as they can be, so much so that it has rebounded and cumulated in the receipt of multiple rewards over the years. To be honored with Talk of the Town’s Excellence in Customer Service Award two years in a row is truly a wonderful privilege – one that we plan on doing everything in our power to win again this year, and every year to come.
We go the extra mile because we truly care about our customers. We know that the when the residents of Southern California are satisfied and happy with their home and businesses heating and cooling systems, our business grows. We know that in order to be successful, especially in these times, you have to continue to do the right thing and do right by your customers. It’s a philosophy that many do not apply, and it is that philosophy that has allowed us to grow to the state we are today.
To all of our customers, both new and old, we want to say thank you. Thank you for voicing your satisfaction with us on your social media accounts, your blogs, and your review directories. We know that you don’t have to talk about how great our service is or how satisfied and impressed you are with the level of quality and their associated prices, but you did anyway.
We will move forward, striving to not only provide the same high level of quality service you’ve come to expect, but to increase it and raise the bar even higher.

That’s right, we’ve been presented with yet another award for outstanding performance and customer satisfaction! Last month we were awarded the Lennox Centurion Award – an honor that is only bestowed upon the top 2% of all dealers and contractors throughout the country.
For 3 out of the last 4 years, we have received this reward from Lennox. It’s a proud reminder that we are on the right track and serving our customers with the highest quality customer service we can.
This marks the third time we have been presented with the Lennox Centurion Award for outstanding dealer performance, and we’re working hard to make receipt of this reward an ongoing tradition.
